1. how long does it take to RECEIVE my photos?

We'll send you a few sneak peaks within 48 hours of your session! Your fully edited gallery will be delivered within 2-4 weeks. We'll send you a link to your online gallery as soon as your photos are ready!

2. do you give military or law enforcement discounts?

Yes! 10% off any package for all active and retired military and law enforcement. Thank you for your service!

3. are the travel expenses included in your packages?

Waikiki, Hawaii Kai, Waimanalo, and Kailua are included. Additional fees for Kaneohe, West Side, and North Shore can be discussed!

4. Do you offer outfit changes?

Absolutely! Outfit changes are allowed as long as they fit within your scheduled session time. We recommend coming prepared with your outfits so we can make the most of your time.

5. what is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change! If you need to reschedule your session, please let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to find a new date and time that works for you. Your retainer is non-refundable but can be transferred to one rescheduled session when proper notice is given. Cancellations made after the retainer has been paid will forfeit the retainer. If we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, we’ll work with you to find a new date or provide a full refund of any payments made.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely! We encourage you to share any specific poses, photos, or ideas you have in mind. Whether you have inspiration saved or want help coming up with poses during your session, we’ll work with you to capture photos that feel natural, authentic, and true to you.

7. HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?

There’s no set photo limit! You’ll receive the best edited images from your session, so you don’t have to worry about choosing only a certain number.

8. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY SESSION?

Wear something you feel comfortable and confident in! We’re happy to offer outfit guidance and suggestions based on your location, the type of session, and the look you’re going for.
